PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Pathways to Prime Grant Program is to provide targeted technical assistance, training, and support aimed at creating and enhancing the M/WBE's business operational capacity and growth strategy. The goals of the program are as follows:
- A non-profit entity authorized to promote economic development, community development corporations, and community development financial institutions in all or a portion of Harris County; and the County funds shall be limited to be utilized within the County
- Engaged in ongoing efforts to stimulate and encourage business and commercial activity in Harris County
